The greater power in me is He

Who manifests in so many ways

He gives me courage when I’m down and weary

He restores faith when fears and doubts envelope me

He keeps me focused when life's in disarray

He challenges me when problems become unbearable

He keeps me feeling loved and belonged when I am isolated

The greater power in me is He

Who provides me with all my needs

It could be at an instant notice

Or, it could be with a period of waiting

He got all my needs and He knows all my needs

And provided it at the time I needed it most

Because He knows what is best for me

The greater power in me is He

Who directs my life toward bounty, joy, peace and happiness

In His hands everything is possible

He rebuilds my life when I’m torn to pieces

He forgave me from all my iniquities

He made me strong in the midst of all my trials and tribulations

And He brings me back to my humble beginning

The greater power in me is He

Whom I call God Almighty

He is the way the truth and the life

And in Him I will always put my trust

He is a reliable God and is only a prayer away

All these came to me in my total spiritual awakening

That the greater power in me is God

Today, I commit myself

To the power greater than me

That I’ll submit my life to Him

And surrender everything unto His feet

Only then can I expect
