I empower myself

When I understand others

For in doing so it creates

Openness and harmony

Not turmoil and defense

Both of which destroys unity and oneness

I empower myself

When I practice humility

As it brings about respect and reverence

Creates trust and equality

Not jealousy, competition

Nor fear of conquest

I empower myself

When I am courteous and kind

It generate a spirit of gentleness

And breeds a character of generosity

Thus, giving and sharing

Become an endless act

I empower myself

When I have a forgiving heart

For my life radiates joy and peace

Rather than hatred and anger

Which kills my smiles and laughter

And limits my total being with despair

I empower myself

When I think positively

It enables me to turn problems

Into challenges and opportunities

Instead of seeing problems

As obstacles and hindrances in life

I empower myself

When I believe in God

For it envelops me with confidence

Knowing that there is nothing

That I can’t handle

If He is my Co-Pilot in my earthly sojourn

Empowerment, Empowerment

It’s in the character

Of a person who practices

Moral behavior, values and wirtues

Right and good

In accordance with the word of God
